My US business visa was rejected for 2 times, I have not updated anywhere in the forms and my application was received on Nov-24 , Will
this create any problem in future, Worried about this.

As suggested by seniors in other post, just send an apology letter as soon as you get your PER explaining the rejection/s and submit an updated form to your VO as this may be a ground for rejection for misrepresentation. I'm on the same situation as you, so don't worry too much and just correct the mistake while you still can. good luck!

My application was received on 17 Nov of 2133 NOC. Accidently I discovered that I did not provide some information's in the IMM5669E from in the Personal History section. I have provided my Working history but forgot to provide Education duration and 5 months unemployment information before that. Although i have provide Education information in the Education Section which is above it. Therefore, what do u think? What should I do now?

asking
what to do now..

it will save u from misrepresentation..

reply normaly comes in 30-40 days.

by that time, hopefully fee will be charged.
and they will ask u to provide it to ur local VO.
