hi neha_s, i have a similar situation with WES
what is your WES status now ? mine still in progress till December 15 :'(.
i think your NOC 0112 has only 176 applicant, i think there is likelihood that you can make it in time. 8)
my NOC2281 reached 410 now so i'm doughty.

I think I am worried since I doubt I will get my report well in time to send my File further...keeping fingers crossed...and wishing you good luck

email WES and ask for updates, as i can your NOC hasn't many applicants, still there is a good chance ;D

allways avoid errors and use express courier to deliver your document to overseas specially wes and cio office.

do not send emails to wes for enquiry because they are very slow to respond emails

but keep in mind when they receive your packet they first review your documents and then access. it is only 8-10 working days process.. no doubt they have mentioned 20 days but several people get it early.
even my documents was received on 5th sep 2014 and report was dispatched on 16 of sep and i got these on 22 sep 2014 using normal mail service.. not express
service.

My University denied to attest in all transcripts but only on consolidated. However, WES request attestation on all transcripts. It is quite hard to convince registrar's office staff to get attestation on all. Therefore, I plan to consider the below option,but don't understand the meaning of it.

"Request for all mark sheets to be sent directly to WES by the institution responsible for conducting the examinations"


It means, university just place the copies of my degree certificate and transcripts with seal then send in the name of registrar's office to WES. In such case, don't they need to attest in all transcripts if they seal it on the envelope.

Please let me know. Very big trouble.

My experience was that envelope had to be stamped accros seal as well. So beside the transcript(mark sheet) and diploma/certificate to be stamped by the university they had to put stamp on the envelop itself where it is closed(overlapped). I hope that helps.
I had to send 3 times till I got it right.
