It has lately been observed that CIO has paced up its processing and therefore CC charge date is reducing.

Hey all... any idea if it's worth applying for NOC 2171 anymore? It's showing 553 applications against the cap. I was thinking of sending my application on 21st November so it might reach CIO by 28th November.

Please any senior expert, let me know your anaysis.

better wait for the Express entry to launch on Jan'15 and apply early on then take risk now. just one month delay . but from the name of express entry u may get your PR earlier in Express entry than FSW now..

The sheet will show u that, if u receive PER, it will be approximately around 20/Jan/2015. Sheet is generally correct, but I'm thinking of Christmas holiday as well. Therefore, mid Feb/2015 would be a better estimate.

Check with Courier for who received your application. If u meant about the outcome of your application, then you will have to wait for 110 days.

I did sent incorrect pics? will my application will be rejected or cio will request for new pics?? Very much tensed

i did follow the standard instructions of immigration pics but photographer screwdup.

Well, try sending the addendum and send the pictures as soon as possible

also mention your previous file details send to them with all details..

Not to worry at all.. These are very minor issues..

Dear All.. I have sent my application under NOC 2172 and it will reach CIC by 21st November. What are the chances of considering my app? As of now i can see, only 134 apps got filled and hoping for +ve news. By when my card will be charged if any chances? Anyone suggest please??

I agree with bringiton. U can still send ur pics. The sooner u realise the mistake, the better it is, since u can correct the mistake.

Follow the below specified format when sending mail to CIC please.

Pls send an inquiry via mail/courier first to CIC then an email (after 7 days of delivery) using the email below with the subject line titled "FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER".

Once ur courier is received by them, send this in email as well after 7 days of receipt. They can take upto 20 days to reply to ur email.
