How CIO will verify additional family members D.O.Birth and Name even there is no requirement to submit ID's, birth certificates or any document related to additional family (Father, Mother, Brother, Sister) of Principal and his partner.

I mean if a little mistake in D.O birth of one brother, then what are possibilities, need expert opinions.

Hi.. upon tracking, On received application in CIO, on signature '55' is written and there is a signatory image what does that mean?? How will I get to know who has signed the package??
