ds12, not yet but I suppose in the next week some of the first Nov applicants have to receive their PER

what is PER?

PER: After your final eligibility review is complete at CIO, if successful, you will receive confirmation of positive final eligibility review (PER).
If you have specified an email in your application then CIO will send this to you by email, since this is cheaper for them and quicker for the applicant.

Yesterday i got reply of email sent to CIO on 21Nov. after 60 days..

Your new application was received on November 20, 2014.

It is currently in the queue to be reviewed by an agent.

I don't know of fee charging .... it was DD..

For everyone who is looking to find about encashment of DD from the bank. I found a very nice system followed by HDFC bank, where you just have to give the DD details (application) and they take 2 to 3 working days to update the status.

I hope other banks are also following the same and help.

I don't know of fee charging .... it was DD..
