Hi Guys,

Just want to seek opinion on my dilemna. Not sure what NOC code is applicable for me (2174, 2173, 2171). My experience is more on integration consultant focused mainly on messaging layer e.g. translation of messages from customer application to backend application. So what I usually do is business analysis and discuss requirements and integration rules with the customer and our backend application. Once confirmed, do the development as confirmed by our external customers, support UAT/testing and package it for deployment to production. At the same time act as production support in case problem/issues occurred in production. As I gain experience, I also do pre sales, effort estimates to our business partner and design/model their business process in terms on integrating their application with our company's application.

I have applied my EE as 2173 and my work experience as 2173 but it seems I fit more on 2171. So another question is if I update my NOC code and work experience code to 2171, will my profile become ineligible?

I am at CRS 399
my queries
1) what NOC is better? 2172 or 2174... I am into Microsoft Business Intelligence (SSIS/SSRS) and SQL
2) does anyone has research on what NOC code out of the two has more opportunities?
3) Is 399 good enough to get nomination from Ontario?

I have 10 years of experience spanning from ASP.Net/C# to Java/J2EE/Android. Currently I am a Team lead.
Can anyone please suggest which category my experience falls in?

Is it 2171 , 2174 or 2175??
