Dear Friends,
Noc 2172, App recieved date 19/dec/2014.
yesterday, i called CIC ,a lady asked me about my file information and then she confirmed my email id after some time she said that my file was returned . but when i asked for reason, she said that you do not have any arranged employment. But when i asked her that in fsw 2014 , we do not need any arranged employment then she said i don't know and disconnected the call. Very Silly Reason it is, can anyone suggest me what to do? very sad to hear this. waiting for my package . What cic is doing ??

I did not manage to reach CIC by phone. Do not want to try anymore.
It's clear for me, by the forumites' reports, that my file has been sent in the beginning or in the middle of March along with the the others whose cap was reached. And due to the fact that it was sent by regular mail i'll probably get it back approx. on 15.May.
An absence of stable tempo of processing fee charge since the beginning of March proves it.
And occasional charges after that are likely those rare cases when someone got NER and a new applicant had a chance to get in quota.

Getting myself prepared for the Express Entry now. I'll keep you informed about the status of my FSW14 app if something changes.

Please I néed urgent Help. I just received PPR email this evenning From Ghana VO. However, there is additional request for PCC From south africa for my wife, required for visa to be issued.

My Big issue is how to get this PCC sorted within thé 15days deadline am given. We currently live in Nigeria.

Will really appreciate kind help and info From Seniors in thé house.

Application received by CIC - 10th Oct 2014

Till date (21st April 2015) [6 months+] there is no news from CIC at all.
I've not got my applications back to my mailing address.
I have no clue as to what happened to my application.

All my originals like PCC (valid only for another couple of months more), ECA, IELTS score sheet are held up.

Is there a way to find out?
Is there a number I can call up/ask about my application.

Hi, I called them multiple times and once I reached them and their system was down ... Rest of times all agents were busy and could not go through.

By the grace of Allah; my wait is over. I have received my passports with Visas + CoPR today. This is amazing; Embassy took only 2 days to stamp my passport.

I had applied under the FSW category in June 2014. I had got my medical request in FEB 2015 & got the medical done of all the applicants on 3rd March 2015. Almost 1 week later, my third line was updated stating that :- Medical results have been received. Can you please let me know how long does it takes to get the passport request. Some of my friends had got the mail for passport exactly 40 days after their medical was done. Please guide.

YOUR NOC 2172 WAS CAPPED LONG TIME BEFORE YOUR APPLICANTION. IT MAY BE AUGUST / SEPTEMBER 2014. DUE TO THAT THE LADY ANSWERED YOU THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE ARRANGED EMPLOYMENT. IF YOU HAD ARRANGED EMPLOYMENT, THEY COULD CONSIDER YOUR APPLICATION THOUGH YOUR NOC WAS CAPPED. WAIT FOR YOUR PACKAGE TO GET BACK AND AT THE SAME TIME YOU CAN TRY FOR EXPRESS ENTRY. GOOD LUCK FOR THE EXPRESS ENTRY.
