some of the recent comments made me to take a trip to the bank and the info abt DD cleared between jan 14-16 2015 is wrong. that was a mistake from the bank person. sorry guys ! I'm also in the same boat !
Application for 2171 sent and received on date 30/09/14 & received by MIKE. No updates so far.

You may write an email to get the current status of your application, but again it may take atleast 45 days to get reply from cic.

Actually I strongly recommend against calling CIC! From our own and some other reported experiences CIC seems to give conflicting responses which don't make sense at all. I have been more anxious and confused since we called CIC.

Wait...be patient as hard as it seems....whatever be the results...you will know soon enough!

I just received my application from CIC today. The reason for return is not even about NOC 2172 being full or capped.

Here's the summary:

"Your application was received after the maximum of 25,000 complete Federal Skilled Worker was reached".

PS - I am not writing to contradict anybody because I haven't been following the thread. I am only writing so that people whose CC hasn't been charged can call CIC, make inquiries about their application and start planning for PLAN B before that is also full as well. I didn't even know some folks had applied for SINP and the likes on Jan 1st 2015, if I knew I could have done that as well. There are so many PNP options, start conducting your research so you don't apply late like the FSW2014.

i also received my 2172 app back yesterday with same reasoning as mentioned above. The app was recd at CIC on Dec 29

Thank for the update Akash! So you didn't talk of the reason for them returning your documents! Any case...for me as long as I am not holding all my papers in my hand I won't believe it is over

The reason is cap reached for NOC 2172.

I am a 2173 applicant. My documents were received by CIC on 22 Oct 2014. I don't have any updates since then.

Some fake guys are just harashing applicants, i was very worried after reading this thread, belive in god, hope for the best, dont think negative. Per mail will hit ur inbox soon.
