I've sent the application for 2171 which was received on date 30/09/14 & received by MIKE. Still not got any communication after that. checked with the bank and they mentioned the DD is cleared between Jan 14-16, 2015. anyone with similar dates and details, got updates ?

I do not have detailed experience letter from previous employer. and My official designation was Senior Consultant but 95% of job duties related to Database Administrator.

Can I submit my application for 2015-2016 FSW in 2172?

and How can I justify my duties without detailed experience letter?

I think you should check with bank if you have paid fee by DD, if it is enchased or not.

Thanks for the update mate. My application was reached on 17th Oct'14 and I was still wondering why I am not receiving my application back. Via snail mail it may take more than 2 months to get the packet back(at least in Delhi I am aware of). What number did you call & how they recognized your application? Did you provide passport number?

Hi Friends,

I am a FSW 2014 applicant under NOC: 2173. MY app received date is 23rd October 2014. I have just cross checked my application status with CIC by calling them.

My application has been returned/sent back by CIC on Feb 23rd 2015 via snail Mail. The reason mentioned by the executive is "CAP has been reached".

I hope this update from my end will help people whose app received dates were in the month of October'14 for 2173 NOC.

Out DD is still to be encashed...so so luck there...but if a sept applicant got his DD encashed in Jan, I guess Dec applicants should be a little more patient...huh?

Hi guys,

Sad News. I received the mail from my agent that my application is returned due to cap fill. MY NOc is 2172 and application date is 23rd December. My agent is in toronto.

All the best to everyone who is within the cap limit and other for express entry...
