YOU should consider that all applications that get charged(918) won't receive PER.

Your point is surely valid! You guys really have a good shot at it. :)

Hmm, what do you base this on?

From what I've read of the Ministerial Instructions (MI), they don't instruct to keep applications in reserve, in case some of the applications in CAP get a NER veredict.. they just send back the over the CAP applications, without keeping a buffer for a NER on previous apps (at least according to the MI).

I have one estimation
If the last update indicated to the first or second week of Oct,so we should have each week 50 applicants under 2172(because of applicants who had rushed under 2172) as we have 12 weeks after that ,we can conclude 12*50=600 till the end of DEC ,so 600+372=972 then we will in cap,but my major concern is total cap.

After the first check (only checking the forms and docs)they charge people, but in the next step they check Noc duties and personal history forms.Since the majority of applicants have sent another applications before for other Nocs or have UCI ,some officers recognise some contradictions and will reject them. This step is just after money cashing, don't worry my friend.

I understand that reasoning, however I don't see this procedure mentioned in the MI like I said.
I think they don't care at all, about whether the CAP was filled, or not...
So what makes you think they have such procedure in place?

Because i have seen some of my friends rejected because of job duties and so on.We have some rejection in 2172 and then we should multiple 4 according to your reasons.

Folks

I got a couple of calls from an automated voice system from CIC on my land line. Its a automated IVR and prompt to press 1 for candidate assessment. First time, it was on last Wednesday while I was out from home and wife answered. After some minutes of waiting it reached an agent. She asked about the NOC, file number etc. My wife was not clear about all those and told them to call back on Thursday.

No calls on Thursday and today on Friday I got a call. I was placed in the queue for 3 minutes and the call got disconnected.

Just curious to know any one has got the same experience.

I applied under NOC 2171 and the file reached on Sept 29

Regards

Are you sure your NOC is 2171? Because few people on the forum have reported that 2171 applications after September 2nd are returned.
