application received by CIC: 03 Nov 2014,

Still waiting for CC to be charged ! And I see in SS that they are charging 19 Nov already, and last 2172 charged is also from 19 Nov.

Should I be worried?

My question: If I got a passport request and my current location is still Ireland, Do I need to visit India or I can send my passport via post?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

passport request will be redirected to the nearest Visa Office VO to your current location
for example FSW Dubai applicants have London as VO for processing but passport are sent to Abu Dhabi VO

Hi All,

I am about to submit an EE application and would like to ask about the NOC of my current job.

My current position is an application engineer at a software company(I was a software engineer and then switched to AE function), and my job function is to provide our customers with solutions and service. I still have to write small programs to help our customers if R&D cannot give a quick solution. Do you guys think I still fall in 2173?

Can you clarify what is the location mentioned in the CIC records ? I am assuming it is India.
In India it is illegal to send the passport out/in-side the country by Courier/EMS/Post.
Options are either change CIC records to reflect if you plan to stay long in Ireland or request to submit at the nearest CHC/Vo when the passport request arrives

CC is also not charged. What could be the reason as applications for 2171 have now become a mystery

The last CC charge was on sept 2 for NOC 2171.

Optimist3 reported his application (sept 3) was returned on jan 10 due to cap fill.

Update for 2173 folks, my app for 2173 reached on 15th aug n i got my package returned because of cap full.

"Application has been received.
Notification will be sent in due course.
