Same question here. I ahve known a friend also that is 2174 applicant. When that NOC got close, last charge was Jun 19. His application was received June 20 and he got his PER couple of weeks after. I hope same thing will happen to us. God bless us always. :)

Yaar - Can you PM your contact number.. Lets be in touch for the most updated on 2173 as I am also in same boat.

Just Got my 2173 application returned as I am out of cap. I was August 28th applicant. I am not sure how that guy who was Sept 4th applicant got "incomplete application" result though :)

Anyway , I was not lucky this time :(

I guess CIC has charged last one application 1st to close the CAP.The charging trend for 2171 makes me to guess that.I am out of race only for 3 days....... :(

Hi Mostafa,

From which country you applied and where did you receive the returned application ? I am August 22 applicant from India. I don't have any communication about my app.

Your infor will provide some insights on 2173 August applicants.

Please share your app info.

KSA beg to differ sep 2nd app is no indication of september applicants being in . See what happend to 2173. August applications are being returned.

CIC has changed strategy , or at least with respect to hot NOC's..so we can assume that the count is as per the last day charged.
Krishna there are probabilities like even if you take capped date as the end and its Nov 22 for 2171, sept 1, 2nd and 3rd week could be in, as they might be charged before 22nd

Hi Guys,

My University denied to attest in all transcripts but only on consolidated. However, WES request attestation on all transcripts. It is quite hard to convince registrar's office staff to get attestation on all. Therefore, I plan to consider the below option, but don't understand the meaning of it.

"Request for all mark sheets to be sent directly to WES by the institution responsible for conducting the examinations"

It means, university just place the copies of my degree certificate and transcripts with seal then send in the name of registrar's office to WES. In such case, don't they need to attest in all transcripts if they seal it on the envelope.

Please let me know. Very big trouble.

Thanks

That is correct. The university needs to send the documents to WES, you do not need any additional attestation, other than the documents need to arrive in a sealed envelop from the university.

Edit:
I have just realised that they might have different requirements for different countries, but this worked for me.

Yes, either your university send the copies of your degree certificate and transcripts within university sealed and signed envelope or they hand over the sealed envelope to you and you send it to WES. I opted for the latter and got my documents evaluated successfully. All the best.

It took nearly more than 2 months within Canada for you to receive application back when the cap was filled? This is bad, for people outside Canada, god knows when they will get. I am 2171 late October applicant and I am now worried :(

hi Friends,

It is very urgent. Can anyone here guide me on what to send as proof of experience?
I have around six years of experience.
I have the experience letter(of 5 years) from my past employer, but in it only my last designation and duration of my service is mentioned.
My roles and responsibilities are not mentioned. Will it work?

Thanks for your suggestion.

Hi, you need to have roles and responsibilities mentioned in your experience letter as immigration authorities match that with the description of duties for the NOC code you are applying for. It should also mention whether the employment was full-time, how many hours per week did you work. Hope this helps.
