You need to have employment with the Canadian company.If the company wish to hire you,they have to send LMIA & CONTRACT LETTER to you.
With these two documents,you will have to complete the necessary forms with other documentary evidence and then apply for a work permit at NDVO please.

Thank you for your help, my company have branch in Canada, to work for Canada client, they sent associates on deputation with work VISA. But their payroll is processed from India. But my PR processed by self and not through my company, so am I eligible to work for Indian company at Canada with my PR?

I have submitted file around 15-16 June 2014 NOC 2173 (software engineer).

In return letter CIC highlighted regarding missing document apart from that everything is fine in the file. Following line they have highlighted
Must submit "Supplementary Information-Your Travels [IMM 5562]"

Secondly, I am sure that I had sent this missing document to agent and he had forwarded to CIC.
He is telling that he double checked and sent to CIC. He says that CIC has miss-placed this document.

This entire story making me crazy.

Now we are planing to apply in 2173(with Supplementary Information-Your Travels [IMM 5562] document), 2171 and express entry in Jan 2015

What changes will I have?

you should still be processed. Just resend by email immediately the IMM5562 or an updated version if you have undertaken some travel post June. It happened to me too. I am out-country OPNP candidate from 2012

Today is Sunday in India. Tomorrow I send entire file with missing document and revised DD
BTW, email address or CIC contact number where I can directly communicate

At this time, nobody can give you 100% assurance. However, if your file is not accepted then it will send back to your address but it will take time to reach you.

You can try below procedure to check your application status at the moment:-
Getting in touch on the phone:
1. Call at – 0016139444000
2. Select 1 for English
3. Then 1 for foreign affair
4. 2 for immigration
5. Call is being transferred to CIC
6. Then 1 for English
7. 2 for status
8. 1 for PR

If you don't have a UCI and want to obtain it :
1. When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
2. Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.

My application was received on 23rd July,2014 as confirmed by DHL for NOC 2173..I have dropped a mail to cio-sydney-search-enquiry@cic.gc.ca a week back. No response from them..

Any chance for me to fall within the cap?
Please let me know How can I check the Status of my Application. Very worried now

So I will focus the Express Entry which will be launched on Jan, 2015.
Is there any news about 'EE'?

Only very few got charged after the announcement of 2173 cap filled, and it has been 5 days since last charge.
If you get quite high scores under current scoring system, let's say over 75 points, you should look forward to the coming EE.
