I would need an advice ,

I have worked in Canada for nearly 2 years , i have deputed from an Indian MNC .
Now for my "roles and responsibilities letter ", when i raised the request i got it from the indian lettered .
Is it realy necessary to have have that in Canada lettered ?
I have T4 RL forms.

Since the parent company is in India,you have no problem with the ref letter please.

I am planning to apply in this week, however, to obtain PCC it is required to change marital status in mine and my wife's passport.
Is it advisable to apply to CIC and after 1 or 2 months send them our updated passport details or change the passport details and then apply?

PCC is not a mandatory requirement to apply--you can submit it once you receive request for Mediclas

I have submitted file around 15-16 June 2014 NOC 2173 (software engineer).

Finally, today I have received file returned by CIC, DD is not charged
Mentioned you must submit "Supplementary Information-Your Travels [IMM 5562]"

does it mean file rejected? or else I attach missing document and send it to CIC again

What chances, do I get file number after this? Seeking quick response.

Hi Sorry to hear that. BTW, did you get UCI no. ? Or is there any mention of UCI on your returned application ?
I guess, you have two choices:
1- If you have got UCI, you may want to apply, as I guess UCI means your app was counted within cap, but somehow failed in further processing.
2- You may want to apply in Express Entry coming this Jan'15.

"A review of your application indicates you do not meet the requirements of regulation 10 of IRPA. The application is returned to you for this reason. Your application fee was not processed and is also being returned to you"

what does this means?

Marginal note:Form and content of application

10. (1) Subject to paragraphs 28(b) to (d) and 139(1)(b), an application under these Regulations shall
(a) be made in writing using the form provided by the Department, if any;
(b) be signed by the applicant;
(c) include all information and documents required by these Regulations, as well as any other evidence required by the Act;
(d) be accompanied by evidence of payment of the applicable fee, if any, set out in these Regulations; and
(e) if there is an accompanying spouse or common-law partner, identify who is the principal applicant and who is the accompanying spouse or common-law partner.

(2) The application shall, unless otherwise provided by these Regulations,
(a) contain the name, birth date, address, nationality and immigration status of the applicant and of all family members of the applicant, whether accompanying or not, and a statement whether the applicant or any of the family members is the spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner of another person;
(b) indicate whether they are applying for a visa, permit or authorization;
(c) indicate the class prescribed by these Regulations for which the application is made;
(c.1) if the applicant is represented in connection with the application, include the name, postal address and telephone number, and fax number and electronic mail address, if any, of any person or entity — or a person acting on its behalf — representing the applicant;
(c.2) if the applicant is represented, for consideration in connection with the application, by a person referred to in any of paragraphs 91(2)(a) to (c) of the Act, include the name of the body of which the person is a member and their membership identification number;
(c.3) if the applicant has been advised, for consideration in connection with the application, by a person referred to in any of paragraphs 91(2)(a) to (c) of the Act, include the information referred to in paragraphs (c.1) and (c.2) with respect to that person;
(c.4) if the applicant has been advised, for consideration in connection with the application, by an entity — or a person acting on its behalf — referred to in subsection 91(4) of the Act, include the information referred to in paragraph (c.1) with respect to that entity or person; and
(d) include a declaration that the information provided is complete and accurate.

(3) The application is considered to be an application made for the principal applicant and their accompanying family members.

(4) An application made by a foreign national as a member of the family class must be preceded or accompanied by a sponsorship application referred to in paragraph 130(1)(c).

(5) No sponsorship application may be filed by a sponsor in respect of a person if the sponsor has filed another sponsorship application in respect of that same person and a final decision has not been made in respect of that other application.

Hi All,
My application was delivered at CIC on 21 July 2014. I applied under 2173 category, but no reply from CIC till date. Unfortunately on 13th Nov the 2173 cap got filled. My DD is not en-cashed by CIC.

My question is can i still hope for reply from CIC? if not then when i will get back my application?

I would like to know whether it is mandatory to submit a separate transcript in addition to the Notary attested copies of the certificates and marklists while applying to CIC as I already have the WES ECA result with me?

( NB: Transcripts were submitted to WES for evaluation which resulted in the positive result from WES)

Please guide me.

PCC is not a mandatory requirement to apply--you can submit it once you receive request for Mediclas

It should be fine once you have the new passport you can send update ---may be after you receive the PER & have the UCI

Notarisation is must only in case where the docs are not in english/french-- You would need to submit the WES result + degree certificate & marksheet for the degree which WES has evaluated... people do send in 10 th & 12th degree certificates as well

You need to have employment with the Canadian company.If the company wish to hire you,they have to send LMIA & CONTRACT LETTER to you.
With these two documents,you will have to complete the necessary forms with other documentary evidence and then apply for a work permit at NDVO please.
