I am not an expert but since you have your file ready by mid of october, try your chance. This is what I will do. If the cap limit has been reached then I will have the file ready for next year, nothing to lose. The Express Entry program will be a little more complicated. Imagine, your resume should be first selected by a potential employer from Canada and then you may apply for immigration...or at least that's my understanding...

Hi, the titles listed in the NOC list are only a guide, it is not an exhaustive list. CIC is not concerned with your title or designation but with the roles if they match. Ensure the roles stated in your employer reference letter match with the NOC site roles up to 80%. All the best :)

Thank you @Pipis Husband.
I got some problem when I have been filling forms.
I have 2 years experience in two different position at tow different companies. The positions are Database Architect and Assistant Secretary (Management Information System)(present).

a) In IMM008-Schedule_3, what should I write in occupation field in section 12.a? Should I write NOC title "Database Analyst" or "Database Architect" or present job title "Assistant Secretary (Management Information System)"?

b) In the same form in section 12.b the occupation field do not have enough space to hold my present job title "Assistant Secretary (Management Information System)". In some other cases, I am facing same problem. What should I do?

Hi All,

I have few questions regarding FSW 2014. I am planning to send my docs to CIC in this week only but before sending to them i want to clear my few doubts.

1) do we have to send all passports ? Old and current both

2) Do we have to send all marksheets including secondary high school ? ( I mean 10th grade and 12th grade as I am from India)

3) Can we use paperclip for binding those documents and forms as they are many ? I can say around 70 pages.

4) I am unable to fit all pages in CIC mentioned envelope which 9" x 12" ... so what should I do ?

If anyone can answers above questions then it would be great for me.

Thanks in advance

I've already submitted my application on August 10 in 2 categories and this is what I followed (I also had 50-60 pages in each of the 2 sets I sent via Reg. Mail):

1) do we have to send all passports ? You mean copies, right..I had only one so N/A to me really

2) Do we have to send all marksheets including secondary high school ? I did because of my birth certificate confusion, as safety measure. Not sure if mandatory

3) Can we use paperclip for binding those documents and forms as they are many ? I used only 1 paperclip - to attached photos to the checklist. Others were thin sets stapled as applicable, but preferably avoid it to be frank - just a correct order should do

4) I am unable to fit all pages in CIC mentioned envelope which 9" x 12" ... so what should I do ? I used a 9.5" x 13.5" bubble mailer envelope for each. Tx.

You do not need to affix any postage fee or do not need to submit two envelopes, but you need to include two sticker type labels having your full address.
