Here is the list-
1. What is National Identity Document?
2. How to calculate number of years of education, 6 for school, 6 secondary, and 5 at college= 17 yr, is it ok?
3. What to mention in current occupation, Tax Consultant II? Is it ok?
4. What to write in Intended occupation?
5. Dependent's Personal Detail- should I add parents here? Or leave it blank?
6. Additional dependent & decleration of common law union forms, are they mandatory to fill?
7. IMM 5669( background form) question 6- mother's family name at birth? Do we need any proof for this?
8. Order of education- recent on top? Is it ok?
9. In education should I mention about school 10&12?
10. Personal information- extra sheet needs to be attached, what is to be written on form, and is there any format with you?
11. Membership or Association with organizations, what does it refer to?
12. For relative question in schedule 3 form, ques-10, should I tick on brother? As there is no option for cousin? What do you suggest?
14. Ques 11- how much to write in assets? And in settlement funds?
15. Ques 12- experience and NOC- i found out my retail experience NOC as "6211" but its not in open category, is it fine?
16. Additional family info form, do i need to fill this one?
