I am 0711. You have to find someone from your NOC

I already did last Nov 6,..until now , no reply.

Do applicants get an email if they're "rejected" , "refused" for whatever reason? Or some do not get email, just a snail mail letter? because our snail mail letters delivery are not reliable in my country.

I am 0113 NOC applicant. got my PER on 30th Oct but nothing after that. VO is NDVO.

Could someone pls throw some lights why these applications are moving so slow?

What extra checks they are doings and what are the consequences.
