Please advice,
I have doubts regarding my Employer Reference letter and my experience in HR as a whole
a) I have 2 years and 11 months experience in HR as a Generalist- AM I Eligible for 0112 code??.
b) I was working till November 2012 and now on sabbatical (baby break) - will that be an issue??
c) I have a reference letter from my employer on a Company letter head.
PLEASE ADVICE IF THIS LETTER WILL BE CONSIDERED VALID (roles & responsibilities wise) UNDER 0112.
Its says-
Managing HR information system-payroll and employee records, statutory compliance and employment laws, handling employee lifecycle from pre-boarding to exit, probation reviews etc, handling leave management system, resolving employee queries, and general disputes...
These things are basically listed in (5) points...also it has details on my tenure, pay package and hrs of working and designation and is dated July'2013.
Would this letter be OK to go ahead with......PLEASE ADVICE.
Please note: I have one more letter with detailed Roles and responsibilities but that doesn't have a date on it and more over it doesn't say number of hrs worked and anything about pay...
Please guide me through
