Hello

I have got the PPR email, asking me to provide passports within 30 days
The problem that I moved and I do not live in China (or Hong Kong or Taiwan) now. And it is too far to send passport to KHVO.
Is it possible to ask HKVO to get my visa stamped in local VO ?
Did anybody face this before ?

I wish I had your problem ;D if you get no advice from someone who was in the same situation, you can always raise CSE to ask.

December guys didn't even get a medical yet hope we get there soon.

Hi, you had to let know the HK VO about your address change. Only way you can do is contact them to explain and provide your new address. They should be able to contact your local VO to email you new PPR to stamp the visa and issue the COPR. Try also to contact your local visa office, they may suggest something. Official transfer of your case can take up to a month, however in this case the decision has been made and shouldn't take so long. Good luck!

I submitted additional medical report regarding my daughter in early Oct'15, but still no news or update on ECAS after more than 3 months
Latest reply from HKVO was on 29 Dec'15 that the report is still being reviewed by regional medical office in Manila.

Hi. I'm also a Dec 2014 applicant. I received the MR e-mail on 21 Jan 2015 but was confused as well. It is mentioned in the e-mail that "medical instruction forms will be sent to you separately". Does it mean that I'll have to wait for the medical instruction forms before I can make an appointment with the clinic? If the forms are to be sent to me separately, should I expect a further e-mail from HKVO? I cannot afford to miss the deadline for completing the medical...

Please share your valuable experience and insights.

Hello both. Congrats and I am also a Dec 2014 applicant and I received email today. I have no idea too but I am still waiting for that separate email as the deadline is tight during CNY and I will be away HK soon for 2 weeks. Anyway that's a great news before CNY...

There is no issue here as long as the clinic are e enable. you can have yours wherever you are and your family can have theirs in their country too but ensure that the gap between yours and their is not more than 1week

Check your spam mail again as you will see a mail from CIC as Do not reply

I checked today if there is a new form sheet and there is but only slightly differs in layout, content is the same and release date is the same. Is it OK to use the one we already submitted? What do you think?

May I know why have you quoted that " Ensure that the gap between yours and their is not more than 1week" because I have done me and my daughters medical in China on 10th Dec and for my wife from India on 27th Dec 2015. It means we have a gap of almost 3 weeks.

Please let me know.

I have the same request on the Personal history part to update since 18 instead of recent 10 years (the form was confused anyway). As I gone thru agent so they will check and let me know asap in coming week.

Personal history part is the travel information but I doubt we could easily find our old passports...

Same here, i received that updated personal hstory request and i have asked my agent if we need to update,maybe if we had travels after submission of application last dec.2015? Haven't got any reply yet from my agent tho.
