Hello,
thanks for sharing ur no.
have you filled all your forms?
are you still filling the FSW application on your own or hiring a consultant?
I am now increasingly doubting my decision of not hiring a consultant. as many questions in all this forms are so confusing, that we do not have confirm idea on what to write there....
I am filling this Schedule 3 form.
can you please help in some Q that i have...
Q1. what should be the standard wordings for the the follwoing evidence letters
(i) job experience
(ii) proof of funds by a bank.
Q2. Do i have to send copies of all original contracts (joinning letters) or only a letter of a subsequent date would work. Do they have to include the job description as well in the letter?
as I have all previous joining & leaving letters from past employers. and joining letter from current employer.
Q3. Bank statements - One letter mentioning the balance of a particular date works or I have to send statements of prior 6 months transactions. Of course, "prior" means prior to date of sending those supporting docs.
can i consider bank in India & other country as a proof.
I have joint accounts & FDs with my father's name in India. can i show this statements as proof of funds.
plus, what about gold as proof of fund. can i consider that as well?
Q4. Do I need to send original copies of letter/proof of fund statements?
Please help for all questions, if known to you.
I am doing it myself, but I would suggest if you don't have full information and are very serious then go through consultant. As this is the last chance under the current scheme.
Q1. job experience letter should show the below:
1 That you work full time (Full-time means at least 30 hours of paid work in one week.)
2 show the hours you work in one week.
3 your roles and responsibilities (it should match the NOC)
4 your designation (it should match any of the titles available under your NOC)
5 your tenure
proof of funds:
1. bank certificate
2. Statements for Account, etc
Q2: yes letter will include job description, job contract is not required initially, but cic can ask it at a later stage. Letter form previous employees is MANDETORY ONLY if you are using the experience during that tenure, in that case you need to get the letter from your earlier employer with all details mentioned above.
Q3: funds have to be in your name. The mini statement for 3 months will do. Funds from home country and abroad in your name can be used. No idea about gold.
Q4: original or notary attested copies
