dec 9th app.
Thanks for the update mate, it will surely help me last for the whole February.Luis_85 said:Mendax,
You are correct, DD payment tends to take 10 up to 20 days more than CC payment.
Important to notice that not all the 1st of December applicant have been charge, so keep waiting and stay positive.
Cheers.
Yes you are right these expectations were based upon the fact that CIC would continue with the speed that they showed in charging last 15 days applications of Nov and begning of December with the rate of around 1.85-days or application per working day. But unfortunately last week charging rate was only 0.5 days of applications per working day. And specially there are around 4000 applications received only in the month of December as per analysis of forum spreadsheet. Hope everything will move fine in favor of all of us.Svarog said:isn't that a little too long?
it was said on the forum that all december applicants should expect to be charged by the end of february,
what happened in the meantime to cause the delay of up to a month?
tnx
yes you are right. For DD payment just add around 3-days to 10-days depending on your bank's account in Canada and the speed of encashment of that bank for demand draft of your bank.mendax said:Dec 3rd applicant, not charged yet. :'(
My bank confirmed that they got a response from Bank of Montreal on my request stating that there has been no activity on the instrument.
Based on all the previous posts, I assume CC gets charged a little quicker as compared to DDs or maybe its just my paranoia.
I assume all the applicants [Dec 1 - Dec 9] whose payments are through, had chosen CC as their mode of payment.
Please correct me if I am wrong, I don't want to spread false information across the board
cheers
Congratulations to that Nigerian fellow of NOC0113. This is really good indication that CIO has reached to 9th December of application. Hope that next week will end up with charging of applications at least till 16th of December.blacky said:just to let u know that someone in our Nigerian forum has reported her cc charged

dec 9th app.
maybe their charging rate is fluctuating from time to time... but we can see that couple of 9th dec applicants got charged today, also in the spreadsheet there is a 12th dec applicant who reported being charged... that's good if you ask me...managersonline said:Yes you are right these expectations were based upon the fact that CIC would continue with the speed that they showed in charging last 15 days applications of Nov and begning of December with the rate of around 1.85-days or application per working day. could someone please contact the admins and ask them to merge all december threads into one, it would be much easier to track charging and eventualy PERs...
tnx
