My application was received at Nova Scotia on the 29th December 2014. My category is 0111. What are the chances of being accepted?

I am a 0111 too. Mine was received on the 12 Dec. I think you need to count 60 days from the date they recived your application.

As long as your application is complete and meets the eligibility criteria it will be accepted. Expect a response from CIC in the 2nd week of Feb most probably.

No one can guess, whether your noc is in cap by that date.

Reality is lot of people has sent applications in December months, as this is the last FSW program.

Stay positive and be prepared for any outcome.

Per Chinese forum there is an 0013 got charged on 13th, whose docs received on Nov., 21st!!!

December applicants, who has given CC details, inform your bank which isssued CC not to decline any foreign currency debit

Also make sure, you have sufficient balance for foreign currency transactions and enable forex in your credit card

No... DD is already the 'money deducted' from your bank a/c so there is no risk of technical glitches or limits etc as in case of CC.
