Just got the PPR 8) here is my timeline:

PhD Stream

App: Nov 7, 2014
PER: Feb 3, 2015
MR: May 15,2015

DM & PPR: Jan 5, 2016

I have a question. Should you send your and your wife passport in one envelope or separate envelopes?

Need an advice.
My passport is valid till december 10 2016 but my wife's passport is valid till may 23 2016.
PPR email said passport has to be valid atleast 6months.
Should i send it to cic and take a chance,
or renew it and then send it.

Did you make your envelope sending to po box address signature required? which size was your envelopes?

I will do the same for envelopes buddy. Do you think it is safe to send passport without signature required? what do you think if at least I make it signature required for the returning envelope?

Well the P.O. box cannot sign it, right?
I don't recommend signature for return envelope either. This way the postman will just deposit it in your mailbox and won't have to keep it in the delivery vehicle if they miss you.

As far as I am aware, IMM visa cannot be issued for less than 3 months. I would take a chance if I were you.
