more and more people got DM & PPR. Their APP. is before me or after me.

Don't know what is their processing order. My last notes seems everything is fine.

But nothing yet, even a DM status :'(

What should I use for return envelope? Which carrier? I went to USPS but they said they cannot give the return envelope as its coming from CANADA.

What do you mean? do I have to wait until the end of march?

If you got RFV letter it means that a decision on issuing visa has been made and you should not worry about ECAS any longer.

No Diplo. I have not received DM or PPR yet. My notes said RFV 03/31/2016

Thinking we can send by any post (fedex, ups, ups - all express and trackable). Include the return plain envelope with canadapost express stamp.

Send your passports in fedex or UPS and in that put a return label from fedex or canadapost. canadapost return label is very complicated so go for fedex.
