I am new and silent member
I am happy to announce that I received RPRF & MR after 113 days from per.
we are family of 3 members , I received MR for my wife and my son only but me did not receive MR till now .

I hope who are waiting their MR get it soon.

My timeline is;
App rcvd: 16 Dec. 2014
DD encashed: 9 Feb. 2015
PER : 4 Mar. 2015
RPRF & MR: 25 Jun. 2015

Has anybody updated his address online via e-cass recently? How long does it take until one can see the new address in his/her online e-cass?

I updated my address in April. It took about 2 weeks to update in eCAS.

Hi, guys, can you confirm is it okay to land to Canada from another country other than the one you applied FSW visa? I plan to go back to China to land rather than landing directly from USA (where I applied FSW). Just to double check with you guys.

Should not be a problem. My brother did that and it was a non-issue.

SLteacher all the cairo VO applicants are being processed at Ottowa..its cus of the political instability in Egypt..!!

oh! thanks Harrysaini. So in this case do you think they have a separate desk assigned to such or business at usual no matter the application's origin? I only ask to see if apps from non-USA and non-Canadian applicants move faster/slower at CPC-Ottawa.

Great news I would like to share, my ecas just got updated today and I got my SLU stating that they started with my application on the 23 of June. My time line is on the left .

Alyno, according to the spreadsheet your visa office is Cairo... did it change to CPC-Ottawa?? Cuz this thread is for CPC-Ottawa applicants.

Thanks harrysaini, to answer your question , No my file went straight forward to Ottawa although it was first allocated to Cairo but then was sent to Ottawa. I believe that Cairo VO doesn't take care anymore of the fsw 2014 files and all the files that were there has been transferred to Ottawa
