Checking ECAS answered my own question - I got the 3rd line update today !

But I think it would still help to know the above so that other people who are waiting can know.

Nope, Another girl from my country got the MR just now.
She is 3.26 PER, and SLU on 5.26
Seems they are sending MR to who has already get SLU recently.
