As per their website, 2years is very compulsory to use after landing (for inland applicants only)....However 4years presiding the date of your citizenship application would be used ONLY to determine your eligibility...What they are trying to say is that if you lived in Canada legally for 2years and then became PR the 3rd year, you are eligible the 5th year. So depending on what time during the 5th year you decide to apply, your 2year (before PR) maybe counted as 1year or even less (depending). But most inland people eventually use 3yrs after PR. Eventually an Immigration officer decides if there is any conflict about it.

hahaha you don't have to worry about that. Some people aren't happy about other people progressing, the more you concentrate on negativity - you will produce negative results. Keep on doing your good works & care less about it, you shall be rewarded!!!

Wow, bat001... I can't stress enough the fact that I appreciate your kind words in my regards. Thanks a lot! I will probably stay here until all remaining FSW-2014 applicants are processed, since I don't have any knowledge related to EE. Hopefully, we will see each other in the Citizenship thread in 4 years =)

next about giving minus one to people
i have never given one of those to anybody yet
i have degree in social work psychology
bachelor in nursing
diploma personal support worker
diploma mental health studies
diploma in educational psychology
means i am a social psychologist and i see those people giving minus one are mentally unhealthy
guys dont worry about it
you keep doing what you doing
the next thing about sir diplo
he is a man with big heart
he even gave me his fb id when i was worried about him disappearing from this thread
i see a lot of nice people here

i am much relieved now
i thank all forum members for helping me out
now i dont care whenever i get ppr
i will always be happy
