Hello Guys,

I have one question - I applied for FSW 2014 in May 2014, Medical done, PCCs submitted but no PPR email. In my FSW application, my US status showing up to Jan 2015. After I submitted my FSW file, I extended my US status and now it is up to 2016. I just updated my I-94 status and not my original current visa. I did not travel outside US after I applied for FSW 2014.

So, do I need to send updated I-94 for US status or it is not required at this stage...? So far I did not get any query from CIC neither PPR email.

Similar case as mine. My end date in US was also Jan 2015 in the app.
I did not send any update to CPC-O about extension of status in US. Got the passport request from CPC-O in Feb!

I got email from CPC-Ottawa today(24feb2015) morning. They are requesting MR nad RPRF. I got it after 62 days From PER(23 dec 2014).
Could you suggest me a doctor in Kitchener.
Is Dr.Garret is good or not.

Now we have discussed your case wayback if you take the time to read through the threads...read on thread page 201, you can see my discussion with Goku on your case....if you are in Canada, you can PM me and we can discuss on phone and can advise you on what to do...we will post the outcome here for forum guys to also see...if you do not have proof of outflow of funds to your friend, its a big issue but there's nothing too impossible for God....

Total $13000 i gave her and she returned me around $11000 in January and $2000 in Feb... that is why January statement shows around $11000 and Feb Statement shows around $13000.
Another problem is I don't have statement proof that shows I gave her

can't understand what to do... no idea what to do..

You can do a "smart" sorting in FSW 2014 excel https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/11gAbKSoDoOr1s8_raB1qwz0i-ZH0NyNWhhn18O6kHwQ . You will get an idea how the files are moving forward.

Since your MED req was on Feb 3rd. Your next bring forward for your file is 60 days from then. So, expect communication around that date.
