our passports received by CPC today by B.BIENETTE but the delivery address is:

Status: Delivered Delivered to: Mailroom
Signed for by: B.BIENETTE Delivery location: 360 LAURIER AVE WEST
OTTAWA, ON K1A1L1

Does the street address suppose to be 365 LAURIER AVE WEST ( Not 360)

I am starting to worry because the street address is different

It's correct. Same issue as with Dorchester 47-49 for CIO.

It's not how Bfd works. What really happens is that the file sits idle until review on due date only if no information arrives in the meantime. Now that I have replied it will be brought forward immediately for review and new due date will be set if the assessments are not complete.

I'm assumed that if you get docs in before bring Forward date then they would work on file, so if they gave 60 days for meds and RPRF and it was received within a week then the BFWD would be negated?

I have arranged to ship the documents through XpressPost Canada.

Now the Tracking history shows as "Collect on Delivery payment received and is being sent to the sender."
Should i be worried about this description ?? Please advice

Exactly. And a new BFD would be set.

When I got my PPR email, status was In process, after I sent my passports, it changed to Decision Made. Can I expect my passports in next 1 week?

I am happy for all applicants who are receiving their passport requests.
I just don't understand why CPC-Ottawa stopped issuing MR.
It is already over 40 days since PER and no 2nd line, no MR.
It is really frustrating, since rules are changed (Express Entry) CIC is too slow with issuing AORs for CEC and it seems like they slowed down with FSW too.

I completely agree with you. From the spreadsheet the average time between PER and MR/RPRF is 37 days and its already 43 days for me. I hope they starting sending out MRs soon.

BTW, have you applied under FSW or CEC because I couldn't find your details in the FSW spreadsheet.

I know its 365 but I checked the tracking of Fedex, its says 360 not 365.

It happened with me when I sent my medical, PCC,RPRF. The address in the email was 219 Laurier Ave but it was delivered to 365 Laurier ave and it turns out CPC received my documents at the end. I hope this is the same situation.
