i have the same officer code also, please advise me if u send the RPRF receipt to the cost recovery mail only or also copy to the officer.
please also share with us the date at which ur file reached CIC.

i faced the same problem ...just send to the email they sent u in the email and put the name of ur officer as the subject. there r diffrent emails for every group of applicants.
