imn't expert with that but the egyptians i knew who send their passports to ottawa has never mentioned the address, and one thing if ur address is outside canada they willnot send it via canada post,

ur brother has to purchase returning label from canada post and include it inside the envelope when he send to ottawa thats how they will return the passport to him as he will mention the returning address on these labels.

the other option is to print in cairo but as you have ur brother there so its easier, and the only risk is the security check done during sending to ur brother and receiving from ur brother.

Yes, I have a Polish e-passport & I sent notarized copies of the passport with original application. Does anyone know when a file will actually be closed?

I am planning to apply for GCMS notes right after landing.

Just want to know what went on with my file throughout the entire process.

Will my file still be open right after landing or should I apply for the notes after I get my passport back (before landing)?
