By the way my personal address on the file is from USA as well. I applied from USA and them moved to India. Just that I don't live on that address anymore.

I just randomly bumped into this thread and I am amazed. You guys are getting your PR within 6 months?! That's crazy. The experience classes (Quebec & federal) are taking about 11 months according to the timelines here, meaning early/mid-June applicants are receiving their PPRs right now. Here I see late October applicants getting their PPRs. That's insane. So much for experience class has priority over FSW. I certainly applied for the wrong class...
