AS far as I remember it'd say in the email to email the receipt to the recovery email addresscanimmvisa said:I done my medical and paid Right of Permanent Residence Fee online. How should I send the receipt of PRRF (pdf copy) to CPC-O ? : by mail or by e-mail .
Second, do I need to send the copy of my medical exam acknowledgement form (received from the doctor) to CPC-O ?
Thank you
Thank you civilengr. So, I don't need to attach the medical acknowledge form in the email, right ?civilengr said:AS far as I remember it'd say in the email to email the receipt to the recovery email address
Once the payment process is complete, the web site will display your official receipt in PDF format.
You must send the receipt to CPC-O. For fastest service, please attach it to an email and send it to the address CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais @ cic.gc.ca .

What I did was sent the RPRF pdf receipt to cost recovery email CPCO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca. Then I sent medical receipts and documents scanned to the email that I got the medical request from - cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca with subject as "ATTENTION Program Assistant XXXXXXX"canimmvisa said:Thank you civilengr. No, you don't have to, but for your own satisfaction you can if you wish to do so.canimmvisa said:Thank you civilengr. So, I don't need to attach the medical acknowledge form in the email, right ?
Yes, own satisfaction. It doesnt cost anything and no time lost. And I had to update CIC with PCC's that I sent via courier.civilengr said:No, you don't have to, but for your own satisfaction you can if you wish to do so.
I did not send it. I had my last test done on Apr 7 and eCas was updated on 14th.

Ok. I will fill my details in the RPRF receipt and send the scan copy to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca. I will also send it to CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais @ cic.gc.ca as suggested by civilengr.civilengr said:No, you don't have to, but for your own satisfaction you can if you wish to do so.

In the receipt, I have entered my DoB, UCI number, address and phone number. I will write my application details (application number and name) in the e-mail. Please let me know if I need to add anything else.
Thank you so much for your advise and support.
