Second, do I need to send the copy of my medical exam acknowledgement form (received from the doctor) to CPC-O ?

AS far as I remember it'd say in the email to email the receipt to the recovery email address



Once the payment process is complete, the web site will display your official receipt in PDF format.
You must send the receipt to CPC-O. For fastest service, please attach it to an email and send it to the address CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais@cic.gc.ca .

What I did was sent the RPRF pdf receipt to cost recovery email CPCO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca. Then I sent medical receipts and documents scanned to the email that I got the medical request from - cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca with subject as "ATTENTION Program Assistant XXXXXXX"

I did not send it. I had my last test done on Apr 7 and eCas was updated on 14th.

Yes, own satisfaction. It doesnt cost anything and no time lost. And I had to update CIC with PCC's that I sent via courier.
Then sent the medical receipts as well.
