Is there any way to contact CPC Ottawa asking them why they stopped sending PPR and when do we expect them .
There must be explanation about this specially other offices like ND are working and people receives PPR
You can try sending them a CSE asking the question or even FAX them if you are in US, I believe.
Make sure you include all details that is required for them to respond to you. Look for my previous posts for them.

However, it's totally upon their discretion to reply.

the strange thing, in their auto reply they say that they don't respond to request for confirmation of received documents. I believe it depends on the officer of whether he will reply or not.

Very true.

Some applicants reported that they get response within few hours to two weeks.

I sent them 3 queries in one 20 - 25 days gap.

No response yet.

Hi darkknight1,

I dont even know who is my Visa officer is....!!!!!

Mine is another type of story.

As soon as I get PER, I want throught upfront medicals and paid RPRF and set all the documents to CPC-O one copy by E mail and hard copy by mail(for PCC).

They have updated my ECAS status on October 31st 2014 to:
In Process--->
1. We received your application for permanent residence on May 29, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on October 31, 2014.
3. Medical results have been received.

Since than, no communication from CPC-O or no change in ECAS status.

Funny thing is since i sent all the documents inadvance, I dod not even get any medical or RPRF request from CPC-O.

I am trying to commuinicating with CPC-O to confirm that they received all my docs. As there is not such reqponce from CPC-O for last 2 months.
