I am going to apply on Monday with the following documents. Please tell me if they are correct else I may have missed something…. Eagerly waiting for your most valuable suggestion……. Please suggest if anything need to be included.
1. Cover letter explaining few points like I am citizen of Nepal and live in India as per treaty between Nepal and India, where no travel document required for the same and henceforth I have mentioned my status for current country of residence as “Free migrant”. Also a few other points if applicable.

4. Schedule A: Background / Declaration (IMM 5669): (Principal Applicant): Here my name will be in applicant field and my wife’s name will be in spouse field. Correct me if I am wrong.
5. Schedule A: Background / Declaration (IMM 5669): (Spouse): Here my wife’s name will be in applicant field and my name will be in spouse field. Correct me if I am wrong.
6. Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP): Not Applicable: Only one child.
7. Supplementary Information – Your travels (IMM 5562): Travel details for me, my wife and my child even though we travelled between India and Nepal. I will try to fill 1 travel per year which is approximately accurate.

a. 1st Company: Offer letter, Confirmation letter, Relieving letter, pay slips of 3 months and Job description which has all duties (I had signed this job description while taking the post). All in original letter head. However the company does not provide the reference letter as specified in document checklist. (All photocopies only and not notarized)
b. 2nd Company: Offer letter, Confirmation letter, Relieving letter, pay slips of 3 months and reference letter as specified in document checklist. They agreed to give me the reference letter and sent me the soft copy which I will take printout and include in the package. (All photocopies only and not notarized)
c. 3rd Company: Offer letter, Confirmation letter, Relieving letter, pay slips of 3 months and Job description which has all duties (I had signed this job description while taking the post). All in original letter head. However the company does not provide the reference letter as specified in document checklist. I have written mail communication from HR manager that they do not provide such kind of document. The company is almost largest IT Company of the world. (All photocopies only and not notarized)
d. 4th Company: Offer letter, Confirmation letter, Relieving letter, pay slips of 3 months and Job description which has all duties (I had signed this job description while taking the post). All in original letter head. However the company does not provide the reference letter as specified in document checklist. (All photocopies only and not notarized)
e. 5th Company: Offer letter, Confirmation letter, Relieving letter, pay slips of till last month and Job description which has all duties (I had signed this job description while taking the post). Except Job description all documents are in original letter head. However the company does not provide the reference letter as specified in document checklist. (All photocopies only and not notarized).

a. Photocopy of proof of Relationship document from Municipality office.
b. Photocopy of Citizenship card of Canada.
c. Photocopy Utility bills and property tax to show the relative is physically present in Canada.
19. Settlement Fund:
a. Balance certificate from bank
b. Statement of investment in stock market
c. Provident Fund statement from EPFO.
20. Identity and Civil Status Document:
a. Birth Certificate: (For me and my child: BC is in English so I have not done notarized), however BC of my wife is in both Hindi and English (i.e. its bilingual). I am planning to get it translated and notarized. Please advise me if it is required.
b. Marriage certificate
c. Please let me know if any other document is required as I have PAN card of India but I am citizen of Nepal. So is it fine to give Indian PAN Card.
d. Please let me know if I can give copy my citizenship card. But the citizenship no. is in two parts e.g. 1234-56789, whereas the English translation of the document shows only one part i.e. 1234. I am thinking not to include PAN card and citizenship card which will ultimately create confusion for CIC guys. Still I seek your valuable suggestion.
21. Children’s Information: photocopy of Birth certificate which is already in English so not notarized.
22. Police Certificate: I will give this document later once I get request from VO.
