I've decided that I will stop following for now and just relax. It won't change my plans, as I expect to land on March/April.

Sorry guys I haven´t been around... I have 2 jobs and also I tried to relax after seeing that my application was in process on ECAS.. until I read the news on Facebook FSW2014 group about the local VO cap yesterday... :'(

I immediately sent my consultant (he is Brazilian but works from Canada) a message on whastsapp, and according to him, there is really a VO cap, and for Sao Paulo it used to be really high and it was rarely reached. Also, the FSW cap is different from the Quebec cap...

So, I´m trying to have some hopes that soon our applications will move onto the next status...

I'm trying to relax too, same reason as you, and I also saw the news. I didn't know Local VO had CAP for issuing visas, that's a bummer, but also It's OK. Worst case scenario, We'll get our visa in January, so.... No worries, right?

Do you use facebook? Someone thown as Idea that we should create a group on facebook just of us that are in a more advanced state in the FSW 2014. I think it's a good idea, maybe a FSW2014 Whatapp group. What do you think?

Hello everyone,

It seems that Sao Paulo VO has suspended for this year, Medical and Passport requests for PR visas.

Some Quebec applicants who sent passports to the VO, are getting calls asking if they need theirs passports now, because PR visa caps were over for this year and that they would only resume it on January/2015.

Looks like that it also apply for FSW. Let's wait and see if it's true.

I don't think that applies to FSW, because people from FSW 2013 (and one from 2014) got their passaports request. Probably it's just a Quebec cap, because they have their own immigration process.
