FSW 2014 - August - September Applicants waiting for CC/DD charge

Hi our file was received by CIC on 12 th Aug and we had high hopes, however received a rejection letter from cic on 28th Dec saying the the spouse's family information form was not sent. However it was already sent...and the most frustrating the rejection letter was sent by CIC in Oct(last week of Oct between 20-25). And we got the post only on 28th Dec by then we could not reapply also cap was reached by then.. can we appeal???

how will you prove that the family information was sent ?? CIC way of working is very shady and they always have a upper hand on us applicants.

they should computerized this system and stop playing applicant's life and dreams.

if you feel confident you can always appeal however you have to hire a good lawyer and that might give you a big dent in your expenses. if you are willing to pay a hefty amount it is worth having a lawyer appealing your case.

So there are plenty of august and september applicants, something definately went wrong at CIC either files lost or the person handling aug or sept applicants gone on leave or something.
