The safest way to send your passport is, through VFS global. I recommend to send it through VFS. after submission you can collect it in person or ask them to courier it.

Hi ABN,

Congrats firstly :)
I know VFS is safer, but is bluedart totally unsafe is what i am trying to understand.

VFS is a legitimate channel provided by Canada embassy for passport transmission. If the one wants to send it through a courier service, there could be a potential risk of misplacing your passport and COPR copy. I am also curious to understand, if one sends it through a courier, how he/she gets the processed passport?

Thanks for your wishes and all the best.

Thank you, Inder.

I have made the appointment with CIC penal doctor. Looks like the results will be submitted by him online. I will pay the fee online. The passport copy (biopage) requested by CIC, I have sent it via email. Should I send a hard copy of same in regular mail.

Also, do I need to send them a copy of receipt if I pay the fee online. Appreciate your help.

Regards
Gurjeet

Dear Gurjeet,

U need the send hard copy of your passports, medical test proof given by doctor along with photographs.....RPRF is optional- online or DD..Yes you have send a proof of online payment of RPRF...

Dear ABN / Riyavisa...

As per my understanding , earlier one can submit passport directly to Canadian High Commission using Bluedart courier service....Now CHC has apointed CVAS OR VFS for passport collection...VFS is the safest, easiest and legitimate way of submitting passport...I think PP sent by courier shall not be accepted as one need to fill up some forms at VFS and VFS gives receipt of PP....Be doubly sure to send PP by courier...

Thank you, Inder.

The medical results will be submitted by the doctor online in system. I dont think I will have any proof from doctor in this case. Rest of the documents, as you mentioned have been sent to Delhi Visa office.

I think the medical request letter asks you to complete or send the proof of completion of medical to visa office. In my case, since it is to be completed in system, I just need to complete the process of medical and results will be get directly in to CIC data base. Is this correct undersatnding? Pls let me know.

Congrats!!!

You guys in NDVO are extremely lucky..imagine 29th Aug applicants already done with medicals and waiting got PPR while some already have COPR..early Aug of NDvO already have Visa while my own Visa office is still giving out MR to June applicants not to talk of July or August...August applicants in my VO will have to wait like forever..NDVO is so fast even with the volume of files they treat which is 10 times higher that what my visa office treats.
