I m 1123 7th aug applicant per on nov28th .... waiting for second line uodate. Lvo.

Hey friends, i have a question . If i have a permanent job in canada do i still need to show proof of settlement funds for my fsw application . In my case i had to used the money that i had on my account at the time of application and now cic is asking for my bank starements from last 6 months showing 12000 cdn in ny account . Is this gonna result in rejection of my application . Please advice a solution .

Thanks Aashu, for timeline sharing.
I am not a right person to suggest for your specific query.
But personal opinion is : if HR asks abt reference letter then simply deny the things. try to confirm if they have any proofs. If no proofs then no actions.
One thing i am curious to know that how HR got to know about reference letter??
Also give updates about the same if any.

I am still curious to know the same, I wonder if the verification office might call hr and they denied to disclose the information then they have ask the proof and when they might have sent the reference letter via email. ..I am if hr sent some negative feedback....can they do this? Still worried. ..what I submitted my all the documents all 100% genuine. ..The only mistake I feel h ere I would have inform HR......

Dear All any expereinces with the Dakar VO on FSWP? i see they are fun of handling mostlt QSW cases given that most of the countries handled by this VO are french countries.i need this information to be able to know how they operate if they request for MR together with RRPF, PCC etc or do they do that seprately and what could be their timelines.also in case interview is not waived where is the interview handled?
will be glad if someone out there can shed more light on my preoccupation.

Application received - 15 August 2014
PER - 05 December 2014
Second line update - 11 February 2015 (Processing started on 09 February 2015)

I have a couple of questions. Would highly appreciate some help!
1. Should I be expecting an MR request anytime soon now?
2. Once there is an MR request, how much time does one have to submit the results?
3. Once there is a PPR request, how much time does one have to submit the passport?
4. I currently live in Ireland, but my application is being processed in New Delhi. Which visa office will I have to submit my passport too? I believe sending the passport all the way to New Delhi could be time consuming and highly risky.

Hi I am an Aug end/ Sept 2014 applicant for NOC 3142. My bank informed me that my DD was encashed on 14/12/2014. But I have not heard anything from CIC yet and I am really worried and stressed regarding my application. I am losing my patience and wondering what has exactly happened with my application. I had used an agent from New Delhi and when I ask them they tell me that there is a delay in acknowledgement. Is there any way I could contact CIC or find out about my application ??? Is there anyone in the same situation as me ??? Please share your thoughts and kindly provide some information so that it can help me to find out the status of my application. Thanks :'(
