I seen Sept applicant with same NOC have 2nd line updated..I am tensed and frustrated by way of working of NDVO.

Is there any one in same timeline from NDVO waiting for 2nd line update?

Anybody with 2173 NOC August 1st week applicant whose MR is pending?
I received my PER on 27th Nov 2014....and no updates after that.

I had got a reply for my mail to CIC, which I had sent in December, saying "my application has been transfered to New Delhi Visa office".
