FSW 2014 August Applicants

Dear Friends...got my PR email...very happy and excited. app reached 28th Aug, DD encashed 21st nov as per email and PR email on 18th Dec. However, I had not sent PPC along with my application, so when can I expect the PCC request and MR, how much time to they give to submit ? Appreciate ur responses...

Gupta saab, you will get PER for sure and it can be anytime, maybe over this weekend but it will come for sure. Generally PER emails are a automatic thing and hope you have given a correct email id. Good luck and I think you will get by this weekend or max by Christmas. Santa will send you PER mail for sure

Just when i thought our app has been left out. When most PER's are being issued to latest October applicants. When the hope is almost faded.. But then The Faith holds on..

First of all a really Big Thank you to our Almighty Father. For this big blessing. Crossed the 1st hurdle for this PR train.

Really Proud to announce that we have received the Golden email "Positive Determination of Eligibility". Its been quite awhile that i wanted to post this. This day has come!!!

Praying for the continued smooth processing of our applications til the end. God has and will always provide.

Yes raomubarak, you got that right!!! I'm a patient person, but the hope is starting to fade. However, my faith lives on. Thankful to God, for the answered prayers.

Giving hope to those still in the waiting game. As you can see my timeline. CIC has become random nowadays.

I've been reading the forums but this is my first post.

My application was received on 27 August 2014, NOC 1111. DD charged on 10 December. Received AOR email on 12 December. No PER for me yet. I'm checking my ECAS status several times each day, it's showing only first line - In Process: Your application was received on....

I think AOR was old terminology being used before 2009 for PER...So you have the PER which is called Positive Eligibility based on review of CIO.

Friends - I was applying for FSW. However today I got my Ielts general score which is 5.5 overall.

Reading: 5
Writing: 5.5
Speaking: 6.5
Listinigng: 6

Am I still eligible to apply for FSW or not. Please comment as my all documents are ready and was just waiting for IELTS result

I am sorry dear....you need to obtain at least 6 in all IELTs modules.

Finally received my PER email a few minutes back. My details are as follows:-

NOC : 2171
App received date : 29-Aug-2014
DD encashed :-19-Nov-2014(as per PER email)
PER received :- 19-Dec (112 days from date of application and 30 days from charge date)

Congratulations....Now you can celebrate...you have achieved 50% of the whole process.

Can I know if there is someone similar to my case that he or she submit his application since 22 August and nothing happened after that
No charges
No email
No even mail for rejection

Just don't leave hope because August 15 applicant received PER 2 days back...check your junkmail / spam folder thoroughly....as a precaution it is advised to write an email to CIC to know your status...it may take 30-45 days and your PER may come any time...but here is no harm to write such email...at least countdown will start in case you don't hear back anything before this time

Finally after a long wait, i have received PER. Thanku god and my awesome forum family

Noc - 0113
Sent addendum reference letters - 24 th october
Receivedreply from cic on 15 th december to my mail of 24th oct- docs will be attached to my initial application

The key points of my app -
1. Followed document checklist thoroughly.
2. Sent photocopies of reference letters,marksheets,degrees,didnt notarize anything
3. sent affidavit for birth certificate since my 10th marksheet didnt hv my parents name. Made self affidavit as well as from parents
4. My reference letters had a typo of wrong year mentioned in it, to correct this, i sent addendum documents
5. My credit card was told by bank that it wl b replaced with new chip card, but i convinced them to delay this till i get charged by cic, after lots of convincing they finally agreed.
6. I didnt send any letter of employment for a job which was different from my noc since i didnt want points for it.

You all have played a very important role in this and helped me all the way...

VERY SAD , you may get preparation for Express of Entry ( January 2015 ) with upgrade your IELTS score .

really i dont know what can i do
even i am sending to check if there is any one same case but it seem that i am the only case

i havent received any thing from CIC ( charges or rejection )

i send them mail for clarifications but same silent no reply

after 2 days i will be passed 4 months since i sent my application

i dont know what can i do

my NOC is 2131
