FSW 2014 August Applicants

Scenario 1:I have not receive any news from CIC(Including those awaiting PER)
I will suggest that you send a new application with the help or service of professional or members of
the forum.This is a back up plan so that you will not lose out.If your PER arrives,terminate the
new application by instructing the card issuer not to allow payment deduction.

Scenario 2:I have not receive my returned application
Send another application by requesting for another IELTS trf and use the duplicate of your ECA report.
Warning:Beware of almost capped NOCs please.Think of alternative NOCs please.

Scenario 3:I am awaiting IELTS & ECA report
Send you application if you can take the risk.You will send these 2 reports as addendum in Jan.,2015.
This risk taken is 50-50 PLEASE.If can take it so that you will not lose out under FSW 2014.
Warning:Addendum may or may not be added.Pray for mother luck.

Scenario 4:Application returned due to capping,can I resubmit before 31st Dec.2014?
Yes,you can resubmit and will surely make it.
Submit under another NOCs.For example
Mechanical Engrs-2132
Alternative options:2232,2243,0712,0911
Electrical Engrs-2133
Alternative options:2232,2241,2243
Civil Engrs-2131
Alternative options:1224,2234,0712,1224
Nurses-3012

Prepare for Express Entry,Jan 2015 straightaway please.

Thanks for the suggestions but what i feel is how can we send the whole package again.Ilets duplicate has to be ordered and rest all documents.

My application is recieved on 21st august and DD not charged yet.......i am very nervous...please suggest what to do?

Good consolidated info ksa. However, isnt scenario1 applicable to those "who have not been charged or are unable to acquire any Dd encashing info from the banks?" Once you have been charged, its safe to waitfor your PER and not rush into another application.
Your thoughts?
 
I dont have any information about my application neither my DD is charged as yet......i am scared.

Inform your local VO about the changes when you already received a notice that your file has already reached your VO (notice is via AOR- Acknowledgement of Receipt email or when they already sent the MR and/or additional docs request email). As we know, after we receive the PER email, CIO will have to send your files to the local VO you have specified in your application to process your case. So it would be safe to talk to them about the changes when your files are already with them.

To know how to contact them, just check the email you'd be receiving from them. Normally, their official contact details will be included in the email correspondences they will be sending you.

Regarding the documents reflecting the changes in your job and family, you may want to provide a letter explaining the changes PLUS supporting documents (eg. copy of new contract/ job offer; birthcert for your newborn) to save time and expedite facilitating the changes in your information. But then again, only provide this after you have verified that your file has reached your VO already.

Lastly, about the medicals, I've also asked the same question to the seniors in this forum, and they said it's ok for medicals to be done in the country where you are working at (outside your home country). But I suggest (and this is what I am going to do), to verify it also with the local VO once my file reaches their office to get accurate information and avoid potential delays with my application.

Other seniors, please comment if you have more info.

Thank you very much for your advise...other seniors plz advise about medicals issue and do i have to request my VO separately for getting my medicals in dubai or the letter and support documents would do the same?
When AOR or first correspondence will come from VO after PER.

Ksa what do u think I should do.... my application reached cic on 1st August , DDen cashed on 21st November.
I'm waiting for PER.

I hv a backup , my hubby hs also applied in a different category noc 1123 where I'm the dependent n he is obviously principal applicant , his one reached cic on 8 th October . He is Waiting to get charged .

What should I do ? Should I mail them ( not very interested as It gonna take 40-50 days to get a reply ). Is there any other way??
