The current situation on charging and PER issuance
On CC:The earliest CC charging finally down to 62 days.Applicants waiting period gradually coming
down and will be down to the usual 30 days very soon.
On CC:Late charging could be up to 90 days now based on 1.Card declining.2.Failure in network.
Attempt on charging will be carried out 3 times and by the last attempt if problem persists,application
will be returned.
On DD:The encashment is subject to prompt processing among the parties involved in the transaction.
For application received on the same date with CC or DD mode of payment,payments are being effected at the same time.
For example:
Application received on the 9th July.
CC CHARGED:28 OCT with applicant getting alert via SMS/Email instantly or within 24 hrs.
DD ENCASHED:28 OCT with applicant waiting period for such encashment for 7-10 days but
now it is 10-20 days due to the current operational changes at CIC.
On PER:PER notification via email within 4-7 days as at November but the current scenario
now for PER issuance is 2-4 weeks after payment deduction.

i am really disappointed

i sent my file at 19 August 2014
and received by CIC at 22 August 2014
my NOC 2131

but date no update no charge CC or even mail,

i tried to call them and mail but the reply that we cant do any thing ?

really i dont know what to do ??

CIC has informed WES that they cannot verify your ECA report. This is due to the incorrect application choice as the WES FSWP customized application was not selected.
In order for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to process your immigration application, they will need to verify your ECA report using WES’s online service. To allow CIC access to your ECA report, you will need to order a duplicate report at https://www.wes.org/ca/apply/xcopycic.asp?

If you have a touch-tone telephone, you can listen to prerecorded information about CIC programs, order application kits, and check the status of your application.

Call Centre agents - Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., your local time, except for statutory holidays.

You must choose one of the first five recorded options before you can speak to an agent.

Note that agents cannot:

answer questions about application status once it is sent to a Canadian visa office outside Canada,

make decisions on applications, or
help process applications more quickly.
If you are deaf or hard of hearing, or you have a speech impediment and use a text telephone, you can access the TTY service from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. your local time by calling 1-888-576‑8502.

Please note - +1- 613 -944-4000 does not provide the information about FSWP.
 
Pls help, im august 25th applicant and up to now no news received from CIO. I just got info from our bank that they already received a draft receipt from Montreal bank that the money was deposited last Dec 3. Does it mean CIC is trying to encash our payment? Or it doesnt follow? Thanks for your advice..

Mine received on 22nd august.....as per ur status i think i have have to wait long.
