Can some one tell what is happening with NOC 2173 ? News is completely staled. I am 8th Aug applicant for NOC 2173. I didn't get my DD enchased. Didn't received NER/PER. Just got UCI# from call center.

Hi MapleMay,

We also manage to obtain our UIC number as well lastnight (noontime in Canada).
In our case, our status indicates "IN PROCESS" but we haven't receive our copy of PER yet.

I hope this is positive sign for us.

We have obtain our UIC number from lastnights call to CIO, number which was given to one of our friends here in this forum. Actually, they have already charge us via CC last month by then, we just take the chances to call them lastnight.
Are we in the same line? are you also waiting for your PER?

I had called on +1-613-944-4000. But the female said they do not have an access of FSW application.

Alternatively,you have to send an email to CIC & your Local Visa Office
on your present situation.
In the mail,you have to mention the following
1.Your surname and given names
2.Date of Birth
3.The unrecoverable email id and the new one to be used
4.Your Nationality
5.Your Passport Number
6.Your NOC
7.Application sent date and received date at CIC
8.Courier name and tracking info.
9.Scan 35mm by 45mm passport photo of those included in the application.
10.CIC personnel that signed upon receiving your application.
Explain the reason for the request of the PER in details please.

I am also 8th august applicant payment mode DD, don't know if encased or not.... still waiting for PER!!! So worried!!!
