When dd is encashed, they let me khow via email or the bank ll get notifications about it?

You have to go to the bank/issuing body to ask if your DD has been encashed please.

Update on CIC activities
Currently,CIC is working on completeness checks on August applications
and charging & PER issuing on the previous months.
This could be one of the reasons we are not getting update for now.
They are clearing heap of applications received.
