hi, i applied under noc 1312 insurance adjuster and claim examiner which is also under noc 1212 fsw after sending my file i find out that 1312 is for canadian experience class and 1212 is for fsw .someone told me that cic only see noc for your job responsibilities according to canadian market. i am very confused because i applied under noc 1312 which is canadian experience class and i am fsw so i should have applied under 1212? all your help and views really matters and my file recd on 29-sep-2014.please advise.

Sorry to say but in my opinion your file will be rejected as wrong NOC code is mentioned.

Have some regarding filling up the application for for FSW.
I am from India. Did my schooling from ICSE board.


Background Declaration form -
what will be elementary/ primary school in years, secondary/ high school, Univ / college and trade school or post secondary

in the next part - do i need to mention my class 12 and having completed my MBA - general and Bachelor of Technology - computer science and engineering . Please tell me the type of certificate and fields of study . It was not clear to me. Please. Is there any field of study or tyoe of certificate for class 12.


In the personal history section - should i go back till age 18 or 10 years. age 18 is only 9 years.

i did from 18 years to be on safer side

only mention what you can prove, if you cannot prove then application will be rejected saying " insufficent funds "

i did my b tech 4 years and mba 1 year so i guess instead of 3+2 it would be 5 years in university box ?

Sorry but I m still not clear on type of certificate and field of study .. please mention both separately

For assets do i attach a copy of all the i include when sending the application ?

1) what do i include for my assets, and liabilities. Should the settlement funds be the difference between assets and liabilities or only the amount that i will be showing for my settlement ?

2) what to list as main duties . Space is limited . Please help

Supplementary Information Form -

List all trips

I am an indian citizen and was studying in Uk for a year - do i need to list the trip i made from UK to India during the vacation period.

I am mentioning the trip from India to Cardiff, what can I mention as purpose.


Background Form -

I did my MBA General and Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering
7) What will be the type of certificate and field of study

Do I need to mention My class 10 and 12 as well


Personal History

mentioning all the activities - if i was working and made a trip outside country for 6 days. do i need to mention that. and also the trips i made during my study ?

CC Charging is still 1st week of July.. I think its still awhile for us to wait.

I hope that as well, nobody won't have any application returned.
