I've sent my docs on 21st August under NOC 4011.
How did you know who has received your docs ?
I've sent mine by DHL. I can only see that the application was received nothing else.

I would just like to ask about Supplementary Form(Travels) because I am so confuse on how to put it in the form.Here are the following travels I had;

June 01, 2014 to June 03, 2014 Turkey
January 25, 2014 to January 28, 2014 Singapore
January 10 2014 to February 13 2014 My Country
April 22 , 2014 til present UAE
