Hi All,

My credit card was charged November 11th and application was received under category 2171 on August 22nd.

I am yet to receive the PER email. Can someone please suggest when should I get this.

Congrats Manish !!!. My App Received Date is 8th Aug 2014. NOC 2173. Checked with bank today. DD is not yet enchased. Out of your analysis, can you please let me know, when can my DD probably get enchased.

I called +16139444000 and tried to get an update.
I was asked for UCI number which I currently don't have.
It seems call center representative don't have access to the database and suggested me to put in a mail for getting an update.
Neither I'm getting an update from icici bank about my DD status...!!
Patience...!!

how much time does it take for an application to reach India if it was returned due to some reason?
I'm 6th August 2014 applicant<NOC 2173>.

Same situation here ! I am 5th Aug Applicant of NOC-2133 !

This shows that if your NOC is among those listed,you can be assured that you are in if your
received date is that period.
e.g.for NOC 2171,we have 2nd Sept being charged,it means if you are 2nd Sept,you are safe.

Till date i have not got any response or email.
Any comments or suggestions by members.

Bro, if i may ask.. Whats the particular reason that they found you ineligible last year?

I have no idea
I have LMO and though that with it I can apply. My LMO was for 24 moths so I assume that they though that because it is 24 months I will be coming canada as temp worker even though the work contract from my employer was full time permanent.

They just send me an email that I am ineligible. I replayed to them to get more information but they just replayed back that I am ineligible.

I am waiting this year again ... lets see if I will be eligible.

Finally I received an update from my bank that my DD was encashed on the 20th November
My details are:
NOC : 2171
App received date : 30-aug-14
DD encashed on 20-Nov-14

Now the wait for the PER begins....... Fingers crossed!!!!!!
