Hi Guys,

Hello naticom,

How received / signed your August 22nd app at CIC?



Some information for my application

I called CIC to retrieve my UCI number for my applications:
1. NOC 2173 received on Aug 22
2. NOC 2133 received on Sep 04

However, they cannot find my 2173 application. I think my UCI is noted on 2133 package so the nice guy just gave me the number.
I then checked the number on ECAS and of course no info was displayed.

Questions:
1. My 2173 is yet to be charged, so does it mean that my package got returned since they cannot find my package?
2. I have UCI number on 2133 package. Is it a hint to completeness check?

My app reached CIC on August 22nd and it was received by DAN too.

I'm probably on the same situation as yours.

Other NOC cc charded?

did they gave UCI number directly...I tired again calling but they are talking even...

I can understand your feeling when the call center person told that they cannot find your application.

But dont create panic wave.

Be content with your second app

Not many have the previlege of sending second app like you.

We know its capped. But what we think is, they have kept some applications and updated the number to 1000 so as to cut down the inflow of new applications.

In the mean time, they will charge the CC/DD and look into the other NOCs.

What say?..any other opinions

Has someone from August reported his/her application has been sent back?
 
Mine package was received on 21st Aug, NOC2281. Worried that may be rejected by any mistake. I saw someone was rejected because "missing bc" what is "bc" though?

Birth certificate... it is a necessary requirement
 
My application was received on August 13. I have NOC 2147, but still no info.
I included bank draft as payment option, so I guess the only way I could know is when I will receive email from CIC?

As I am in Canada as TWP and I have UCI, do you think I should call CIC to get info about my application? Is there a chance they will tell me more. I started to be worried as it has been more than 3 months and I have no word from CIC.
