FSW 2014 August Applicants

Latest CC Charged now 25th AUGUST, 2015 as at 11/11/2014 @ 4:37 GMT

Bro, any comments or insights why this on-going trend is happening all of a sudden? is there a possibility that by today they intend to finish or charged all of the August applicants for NOC 2171-2173? since now they are already on the last week of August, by afternoon they may end all until 29th of august. Or will the trend continue for September for these hot NOC's..? CIC intends to fill up these NOC's to reach its CAP so they can have a peace of mind and then direct themselves to those cold NOC's which apparently will not reach the 1000 cap mark.

Just would like to know when they start again charging and give chances to us having cold NOC's...

Would like to have your own point of view on the matter..

Reposting this. May help some deal with the uneven way of certain codes getting charged ahead of others.

100% Agree. No point in panicking over this. CIC is just being smart about using their resources so they can cap certain codes and prevent extra administrative work load. It actually may help everyone because that might free up resources from the completeness check part of the process, once all of these codes get capped.

May I also remind people that all of us anyway likely will plan on landing next year summer (May to Aug 2015). The winter (Canada) is already set in and looks to be a bad one. Would be a bad idea to land during the winter months, for people not used to it. Whereas, if you land in the summer, you get a few months to find your bearing and acclimatize. I am also told that employers put out more job vacancies during the summer months. For those who have kids, the next school term begins 1st September 2015. So, a 15 day delay is not worth fretting over. Spend the time learning about the place.

I have read that CC are charged until 25 August 2014 applicants. So would like to know what would be status of applications sent with DD. Will they be charged only after the CC are charged. Any ideas? My application reached on 26 August 2014.
